Pool-Hot Tub-Ocean Swim area
Our Olympic-sized swimming pool is large enough for many family and friends to enjoy. Also hot-tub open year around for extra relaxation.
Adjacent to swimming pool is a robed off ocean swim area with tiki hut for your enjoyment.
Convience Store and Marina
There are two double-wide boat ramps, marine fuel, bait and a convenience store located on site. Other boater-friendly features include a pressure washer to clean up your boat and trailer, and an air compressor for maintaining tire pressure. The use of the ramps, pressure washer and air compressor are free to residents and guests.
Fishing
The fishing here is outstanding. Depending on the season, Sails, Dolphin, all species of reef fish and world class Tarpon fishing are just a short boat ride away from the dock. From the dock behind any waterfront unit it’s a 5 minute idle out of the canal to the Kemp Channel. From there it’s a well marked run of less than 10 miles to American Shoals and the Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, about 15 miles to the 100 fathom curve and 25 miles to the Continental Shelf. The Bahia Honda bridges lie less than 15 miles east. Turning North out of the canal, the Kemp Channel will take you under US 1 and into the back country for an alternative to open water fishing and diving. There are numerous dive shops located close by offering full diving services. Snorkeling and diving at the Looe Key reef, wrecks and in the back-country can provide entertainment on non-fishing days.
Additional amenities include: Clubhouse w/free wireless, pool table and darts. Just outside clubhouse are Tennis Courts, Basketball court and Bocce Ball area.

Venture Out Resort
Venture Out is a resort community on Cudjoe Key in the Florida Keys. We are located at Mile Marker 23, approximately half way between Marathon and Key West. It is a safe and secure community with 24 hour manned gated access and has amenities that cater to fishermen, families and children.
